OSSF Scorecard 的 Pinned-Dependencies 检查将 Fargate 处理器基础镜像标记为可变：

追加 python:3.12-slim 的多架构清单摘要，使构建解析为单一不可变镜像。为便于阅读，标签与摘要一并保留；Scorecard 通过 `@sha256:` 后缀进行匹配。

OSSF Scorecard 的 Pinned-Dependencies 检查将 pip 安装标记为可变：

仅固定版本无法通过此检查——Scorecard 将任何裸包参数视为未固定，因此 `boto3==` 仍会发出警告。需要启用哈希校验模式。
将依赖项移入哈希固定的 requirements.txt，覆盖完整的传递闭包（除非每个解析出的依赖项都带有哈希，否则 pip 的 --require-hashes 会拒绝安装），并使用 --require-hashes 进行安装。
已在本地验证：镜像在哈希校验模式下构建成功，且 boto3 在运行时可以导入。
